Regarding 1st Band after almost 2 years

I received 4.25 ipf I joined on April 2023 as a lateral C1 grade, till now I haven’t received any hike. What band I can expect and how much hike.

Same here , joined in april 2023 as C1 lateral and got the same rating, but unfortunately I don’t think they consider hike % for 2 years , it will be only for FY 24-25 i.e for 1 year

I joined on April 2022 in anniversary it's 5 and 2023 got 4.25 rating which is finally marked as A.got 6.93 % hike

TCS used to give anniversary appraisal but they stopped it in 2021.
