I think it depends on your BU. As per our BU we need to report 12 days in office irrespective of leaves taken

If you are taking 5 days leave then you can reduce 3 days from Mandatory wfo
If asked you can just say I was on leave for 5 days hence I have completed 9 days which is 60%

No, if you take 2 days leaves you can go 10 days itself
