Regarding - WFO
Hi All, I don't have an ODC in my location, but as per the new rules we need to stay in the office for 9 hours. As of now I am going to the office only for swipe in & out and I will stay for only 30 to 40 minutes..
Will this affect the QVP ?

If you don’t have an exception, yes sir, it does affect your QVP.

I would personally suggest to stay at least for 20-30 minutes... If possible...

Record that over email conversation with your supervisor/ Manager and ensure your manager informs the same to HR as exception when concern raised.!
