My rating is 4 in 2023, I won the GENAI hackathon in NVIDIA, Completed the solution architect examination in AWS, RTO -100%, Bill ability - 94.7( since 2 years) , tru time- 10.6/10, Lot of client appreciation, implemented three ideas and registered in bluebolt and done automation in my project. But I didn't complete the yearly goals it's 67%. My eligibility quarter is sep but they didn't provide me with a promotion. When they will provide me. Any suggestions pls. I have disturbed a lot.

More than 2 years and still in Cognizant. Looks like you are becoming comfortable in your work. Please don't 🙏. Leave ASAP and find a new job. I got 1.5% hike😆 while completing sells quota with all yearly goals. Don't stay more than 1.5 or 2 years in a company.
These criteria of goal completion does not help cts to make money ,these goals are there only to give an excuse to associate to not to promote them ,they are there just to save some money for cts ,soo do not worry ,as long as you are skilled find a place which suits your skill.

I am getting EA from past 4 years, AWs,GCP,SC900,Intune certified ..but chutiya Bana deta hai har baar ..to main v Jab marji chutti , day off , half day , Thora sa fever hone se Hospitalised jo hata hu..Calender dekh k jab v client holiday ata hai ..usse 2 din pehle kisi relative ko maar deta hun..aur 5 days ka long leave pe Manali k wading pe ghum k aa jata hun..
Tum to bahut bhadro chele lagta hai.
