REG Capgemini interview & BGV

Hey hi folks,, i recently relived from infosys and looking out for the opportunities in mainframe development with 4.5 years of experience .and I have L1 & l2 rounds of interview and cleared it as well. And hr contacted via mail as per offer. And requested to apply on career portal and and IRF and BGV forms before the HR discussion . So will capegemini will do bgv before the HR . Is this the hiring process in Capgemini. And how much we can expect from capegemini since my current çtc is 11.6lpa.im expecting 16lpa.
