Reg. band and hike for C3B
I got ipf as 4 only inspite of getting customer appreciation and earlier manager appreciation. My recent manager has written very good feedback against each goal in speed but gave only 4/5 in each goal so ipf is 4 only. I m feeling so demotivated. I belong to a different unit and unit manager will definitely feel 4 ipf is not great and will give me C band. It happened with me earlier as well. Literally I m working on almost same salary from past 4 years. Feeling like resigning immediately. Pls suggest best way in this situation

I have raised disagreement on many goals , lets see what they say during discussion.
Last year one of my colleague with 4.26 ipf got C band C3B, some with 4 or just under 4 get A or B so ipf don’t really decide bands but it gives a sign to interpret possible bands.hope you get at least B this time.
It's same for me as well. 3.10 yr in TCS and still same salary.
You will get B band. Reduce work if you want to stay and take it easy. Realise this is tcs.
Better plan for a Switch & move on..
Take hike and switch .
Reduce the amount of work done. Equal the efforts based on their evaluation
Please resign, they anyway want you to resign
