Trending @Accenture; Refusal Tag impact

Hi All,

Currently I am project and soon I will be getting roll of from my project because Project is completed and so no pending so client is releasing people.

Now new project hard locked me without interview or my confirmation. And new project policy is need to go client location weekly 3 days. And client location is too far from my current place.

So I informed new project that I am not interested in this project because of client location distance and forcefully they are saying you need to join this project.

And that manager is scaring me saying if you don't join project then we will put Refusal tag on your profile and will involve HR here.

Does this Refusal tag create any issue??
