Refurbished vs New Laptop

I'm buying a laptop for personal use. New laptop with I7 & 16gb specification cost ~65k whereas the same laptop but refurbished coast ~32k.

Has anyone experienced refurbished laptops? What would you recommend - New or Refurbished?

Instead buy a gaming i5 12th gen 55k , hp victus has H processor and equaliser i7 in my view
Graphics card is another plus point

which laptop is having i7, 16gb at 65k? i would recommend going with the refurbished one, given that no tampering has been done with it. there won't be such a difference in the performance, and you can upgrade the used laptop by investing half of the saved money, so win win.
