I recently bought a refurbished laptop from edify.club and found it really good. Met a guy at one of the events where he mentioned about the same so bought one on his recommendation and it is really good . Sharing here for everyone’s benefits as not many people know about this startup .
Doesn't seem like a good idea. An i5 would be faster than a 3 generation old i7. So if you are buying a 6-7 gen i7 that thing will probably be slower than the latest i3 processor. And I didn't find any laptops with graphic cards as an older 1080ti would be more valuable than the processor/memory/SSD combined.
Still probably good for macbooks(if they add a new battery) as the apple crowd is dumb and will buy any shit with an apple logo.
Your example is true but not the right comparison. Because I bought i7/9th gen . So lot of models are available . Latest versions might be available too on site , not sure though
