Refitment Process

I took LWP and went to pursure higher education while I was on BPO1 grade in Sep 2022. I rejoines TCS in June 2024 and was hooting refitment process will initiate thereafter.

After many emails to HR, I didn’t get any positive response till Dec 2024. Later got to know that HR was serving her notice period and didn’t take any action on my request. A new HR was assign rs and she gave me some clarity on how the process would go further. After WFO Q4 index published, I am hoping they would now start the process.

It’s been a year since I am waiting for this and I am currently working as a big data engineer.

I am unsure now whether to stay with TCS or start looking for other opportunities outside. I have been working hours because that interests me but when I am getting 3LPA and when the salary credits, I feel disheartened. Really not sure what to do, how should I think, what next steps should I take.

Any piece of advice would be highly appreciated.
