Referrals for SRE/Devops

Hi all, my friend is a SRE/ Devops engineer. He has four years of experience. He is trying for a job change for quite a long time. But not getting any calls. Can someone help him out with any referrals or contacts if you have any. It will be helpful for him as he is in a financial need situation.
