Referrals for IT support roles at chennai or remote

Hi all, I'm wrkg on IT support roles on patching, production & Appln support roles, I do hav 6 yrs exp on the relevant field but I'm getting only 7lpa. I'm looking for a serious referrals to switch a job at chennai or remote.
