Referrals aren't working, need help

Feeling the usual anxiety and frustration of job hunting with no interview calls and being ghosted by interviewers after being told I’m selected for the next round. Recruiters often expect 10 plus years of experience while offering salaries below 7 figures.

I am a Product Manager with industry experience in automotive, EV, and IT. I am open to any domain as long as there is huge learning potential. I need a break into the 7 figure salary band, ideally up to 16-18 lakhs as I bring relevant skillsets and qualifications.
