Referral Support for a Skilled Developer in Need

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out with a sincere request and a lot of hope. One of my close cousins has been going through a very difficult phase in his career. He’s currently stuck in a toxic startup environment and has been actively searching for a change for the past 6 months, but things haven’t worked out yet despite multiple attempts and referrals (including mine).
