Referral scene at Deloitte India (+referral request for a solid profile)

Hi, Is it the case that on career page of Deloitte I can see a job posting but it's not there on internal portal used by employees to refer?

Also, can some one please refer me for a job posting? I asked one of my friend but he is taking too long to reply and I'm afraid I'll miss the application chance. Thanks in adv.
