Referral request

Hi , I m looking out for Referrals . I m a 2024 graduate and currently interning at Deloitte. I have an experience of 1.5 years of Internship in 3 different companies. I am looking for full time opportunity , Deloitte initially told that they will give full time but now they changed that we will have to go to Internship . Also my skills and work at Deloitte doesn’t match at all
