Referral needed in Product based MNC

Hi all,

I am looking for a referral in Product-based MNCs. I am currently in a product-based company as a Software Engineer with tech stack Java, Springboot, React.js. My total YOE is 5 and am looking to switch for my career growth. Any referrals are appreciated! Tried applying for many jobs through various job boards but not getting any calls or getting shortlisted for interviews, hence looking for referrals.
