Honestly, I’m done.

I’ve tried to stay patient, stay “grateful,” and push through — but my current role has hit a point where it’s just draining more than it’s giving.

The learning curve has plateaued, the chaos isn’t the good kind anymore, and I don’t see the growth I signed up for.
