Hi, I am a B-Tech CSE 2024 Passout been searching for my first job for months and i have perfect role in EY where the JD of the job matches my resume , skillsets and i am an exact match for the job but my application needs a focus to recruiters even after having a ATS score above 85 can anyone please refer me to EY GDS would be a lot of help for me i am sure if i get to next stage the job is mine just need to get my resume to shortlisted can anyone provide a referral in EY GDS
