Referral for Process Associate Role or Career Transition to BA

Hi Viners, my friend work as a Process Associate in HCL and she has been in the same role with shitty pay for almost 5 years now. She had finally put down her papers and serving last month of her notice period.

Her job search thou isn't going anywhere. I am looking for possible leads or referal for her in Delhi NCR (Noida preferably)

She is even open to opting for Business Analyst role if anyone is open to hiring someone who is transitioning to a different field.
