Trending @Accenture; Referral for HR position

I wanted to refer a friend for an HR Recruiter position here. However, I’m not sure about the referral process since HR support often seems unavailable when needed.

Could anyone here please guide me on the procedure to refer someone for an HR role? I’m currently in ATCI.
