Referral Etiquette 101

I have seen so many posts here on GV and DMs on LinkedIn asking if someone can refer them to a company. Folks you all need to do better. No one is going to search a job for you in their company portal/LinkedIn and then refer you. If you want to get referrals in any company, search the job on LinkedIn or company’s career portal and put it on the post. Trust me this will help your chances. Dont shoot in the blind and hope for a miracle. Do some diligence on your part first. Thank you for coming to my ted talk! Happy job hunting!
