Trending @Cognizant; Referral Bonus Timing & Resignation – Need Clarity!

I recently referred someone to Cognizant, and they received their offer letter. Their joining date is April 15.

As per my understanding, the referral bonus is paid three months after the referred person joins. But I have a question:

👉 If I resign during this 3-month period and serve my notice period, will I still receive the referral bonus? Or do I have to be an active employee when the payout happens?
