Referral is useless in CTS, I referred lots of Frds but no use.

It doesn’t work in CTS and even if they hire they will not give bonus

You never get this bonus it's BS in CTS and if you reach for support they will say that they hired the candidate outside referral or that position is not longer eligible for bonus - never refer people for bonus here.
