Trending @Infosys; Refactoring Nomination

I just received a nomination mail by TPD team for the Refactoring Program that involves some courses and certifications to get "Refactored." I'm currently allocated to a project, so I'm a bit confused about this. Does anyone have any info on what this program actually involves and is it mandatory ?
