Reduction of Notice period in TCS
Hello, I just wanted to know how long the notice period is at TCS and whether it is possible to get a reduction of the same and on what grounds Thank you

I tried out buying out the notice period but they rejected even though I don't have any work and my access to VM has been revoked. But still they want me to serve 90 days and get free money.
Same for me too. I am in bench and ot agreeing to release me early
Reasons for "no early release" might be you are billable and they want to get that billing from customer, releasing early will reduce their revenue. Or you might be important resource so they will try to get maximum work completed from you.
Only if you are on bench then they will release you are earliest if you directly talk with RMG. Because in RMG you are no benefit for them.
3 months and it can be reduced by buy out or ruining relationships with your manager
If you are in an active assignment then it's 3 months else if you are on bench then they will relieve you as early as possible
