Reduction in monthly take home salary

Guys I noticed that performance bonus and quarterly bonus both have been deducted for D bands this time. So will that reduce the monthly take home salary also!

I heard a person in project got D band as his average working hours in office was less than 10 minutes. He received multiple warnings from manager. His manager was unable to help in this case.
