Reducing notice period

I have critical medical situation at home and need to be there all the time from now. Therefore, I need my notice period to be as less as possible. How can I communicate this effectively so that my NP is reduced? I have not yet resigned by the way.

Simple basic thing wirhout resign how u will serve notice period. If you need early released from TCS , better come to bench discussing with ur manager . If ur in bench u will get 1 week max release frm TCS.
