Trending @Accenture; Reduced Variable Bonus Payout

Hey fellow Accenture Employees. I am level 12 associate.My December cycle variable bonus payout was 16366 for the base of 426000 and marked as 8.5%. But this june cycle got only 10702. Did all mandatory learnings , DFA , TQ , Proficiency to P3, Higher chargeability this year, didn't take any leaves, PL is happy with my performance. Worst part so teammates with lesser chargeability have gotten 14000. Why? Squeezed in extra hours did harder tech stack development , didn't take leaves , and delivered everything given before time. What do I do , whom to escalate , had my peers and I got same payout I would have thought DU budget issues. Infact this peers who got higher have not even come to work properly weekly once , but I have never missed it. Spoke to PL he told he will check and see and seemed to confused why I got less as well. What do I do supper disappointed and sad. Should I raise grievances in AST portal for this ?
