Anyone there who know or has reduced the 90 days notice period by x days? What is the process? And after how many days we received the final LWD?

Best thing is get released from project by giving any suitable reason, then you will be on bench and after that you can resign easily with no need to serve the notice period

Early release is a nightmare.

Get the offer letter and ask your manager , If they are OK they can release you earlier ( But HR will reduce it from your Earned leaves )
