Hi everyone, I have 27 earned leave and 6 casual leave and 15 sick leave. Can I reduce my notice period with these? Is it confirmed? HR Will consider these and reduce my notice period or sometimes they will not agree?

Hey @UnselfishStud , do you know from when our notice period starts, from the day we submit the resignation or from the day when the manager accepts it.

Yes notice period start from date of resignation submission
