Trending @Accenture; Reduce notice period

I have resigned and need an early release by just 10 days. My project is ready to release me but the HR is not agreeing. Is there any other way to get an early release?

Bro, then why the buyout policy there in Accenture...she is surely bluffing you to check policies.accenture.com

No use, policies say it will be approved only in exceptional circumstances and is at Accenture's discretion.

I think the manager is playing from behind...early is purely based on the manager and project...hr can't deny if they are releasing until unless the manager plays the game.....what you can do is take the mail from the project and mail to hr and ask early release to see if you can buyout

My manager said she spoke to the HR and he said that early release is possible only for higher studies or serious medical issues.
I already sent an email to the HR asking for an early release cc'ing my manager. He replied saying we cannot process your early release, please contact your future employer.

There's no way to get an early release if the HR doesn't agree to it. I myself am on notice and had tried everything to get out early, but everything was in vain. Every manager of mine put on email that they can let me go early but when I had a one-to-one conversation with my HR, she was completely strict that we can strictly not let you go early, not even by 89 days instead of 90. She told me the reason thing that early release is possible only for higher studies and serious medical reason, both with proof submission. Also, buyout is not an option. She said that Accenture doesn't allow buyout under any scenario
