Reduce Notice Period

If the company doesn't want to provide a hike or promotion, at least they should reduce the notice period because indirectly they want everyone to leave this shitty company. Any reason why they are not reducing. This will only help them if people will leave voluntarily instead of getting disrespectful by getting low bands no hikes no promotions.
