Reduce notice period

Recently my marriage is fixed and its in March and my in-laws don't want me to work after marriage. My manager doesn't approve for early release. Will my case be reasonable for my manager to release me early.

This is just my opinion, why don't your in-laws want you to work? Nowadays job and marriage is manageable, depends on the situation though
Is it your choice not to work? Is it forced? Please think about it.

Simple it is..if in laws want you to sacrifice your job for their choice then they have to adjust for 1 month, tcs not going to reduce notice period for sure. Your interest laws can wait n have marriage after leaving tcs in April. Solution to handle all. So you can happily enjoy your marriage

I think it will be difficult to get it. Maybe if you get a release from the project and once you are assigned to RMG, then it is possible but it is not always. Tbh, manager, RMG thinks you are making an excuse to get early resignation to join a new company. So they straight away reject.
