Got an offer from Redpin (tech role, India team Hyderabad location ) and trying to understand the ground reality before making a decision.

Would really appreciate insights on:

• How frequent are layoffs actually?
• Job stability for mid/senior developers
• Engineering culture (code quality, processes, ownership)
• Work-life balance in hybrid setup
• Leadership & direction (stable or frequent changes?)
