Did you receive the redeployment process mail? it is if you couldn't secure a new project after 90 days, they will take action to force resignation for you. Is it true?

If yes, can you please explain what about this?

No need to worry for redeployment. You will get new project in 90 days.But if you are unable to find it you will be given extra 15 days even after 15 days you do not get any. You will be put on bench but HR will try to force to put resignation but do not do that .they can not fire so they offer usually 2-3 months salary to put resignation.but you keep telling them i am not resigning .
