Red flags in new company or am I seeing too much?

I'm joining a new company end of this month

Some red flags I came across

• Product is in beta launch
• Raised seed without actual users
• Created LinkedIn company page last week, so I don’t even know who employees are
• No Glassdoor profile
• Mentioned last person in this role was laid off in two months back, no way I can find her because LI page was never updated
• they seem too excited, closed the role in one week and keep checking if I will join

Is it common or I am too paranoid?

The green flags

• Salary is as per market standard (got a decent hike)
• they have raised funds recently, so should be safe for sometime
• the beta launch attracted good user numbers
• the market is profitable, and would work in recession too
