• The top guy makes the decision but never REALLY uses the product
• The bottom guy (the recruiter, the hiring manager) actually uses the product but never understands the “big vision”
• The middle guy (the HRBP, the tech consultant, the “adoption specialist”) just goes through the motions without giving a damn
