Funny how in most orgs, Recruiters are rewarded for the churn they create. Every time a hire leaves, they get paid to fill the same role again. Why isn't anyone incentivizing them to solve the root problem? The way I see it ... Great recruiters prevent churn, bad ones profit from it

recruiters have no control over people leaving the company. there is no way to incentivize them to prevent churn. Infact they have no control over people hiring. They just arrange for the interview between the ops team and the potential candidate. and follow up with the final hire untill he/she joins the company.

They are the corporate equivalent of lorry cleaners. how can one reward the cleaner for quicker delivery?
