Recruiting hr taken mail id and number and not scheduling interview

I am serving np hr taking mail id and number alternate and no interview schedule after calling them not picking up phones. That mail id and number got block and if any genuine hr is coming to us our details is blocked. Encounter with this issue multiple numbers of times when started giving interviews.
