2 months back, I interviewed for a role and I was ghosted after 3 rounds. And I'm sure a lot of people must have interviewed before and after me. But I keep seeing the opening being reposted again and again.

In the past couple of months I have given multiple interviews where the interviewer said that they are good to go for the next round as the interview went well but the recruiter keeps ghosting. I am not sure where I am going wrong?
