Recruiters not getting back

I have applied to a lot of companies directly and through referrals. I have a top tier college and a FANG in my resume. I am currently working in a decent sized startup. I am not getting any callbacks from recruiters. Is it happening only with me?

They are the worst. HR is non existent, and they will ghost you most ofnthe times.

Not many companies who can budget u. What’s ur current comp. ? Also why leave PhonePe if u dnt mind sharing

Market is bad and most companies are hiring only for critical roles.
Add to that huge influx of good engineers who were laid-off from fang/unicorns. So currently competition is at ATH and this is expected.
