Recruiter help needed!
Hello guys! I just need an honest opinion from any of you but mostly an HR person or recruiter. Accenture is offering me 15LPA Fixed Compensation and CTC 19LPA (variables). I asked for 19LPA as my experience in the field is over 7 years. Should I take it? I’ve completed my notice period and am looking for jobs currently. Please suggest and help!!!
