Bro you need to correct your food intake routine. Have three full course meal on time and some snacks in between or Try eating food in small portions every 2 hours throughout day time. Avoid food that causes inflamation and acidity. Drink more and more water, set timers if needed. Once your food and water intake routine is corrected you will start seeing the difference.

Have avoided Tea, coffee 😔☕ processed food, Sugar & Gluten foods like chapathi, roti ,maida. Damnn I lost a ton & don't know when I'm going to start putting weight. Not even eating fermented foods right now

No tea, coffee, chocolate, pudina, fried items, maida. Less spicy food. Avoid food that increase acidity. Dinner by 7.30pm max. Eat small portions. Eat 20% below your full apetite. You'll be sorted.

I've been through this. Changed my eating habits. It's a thing of the past now.

Main thing is stress. I could not control Gerd until I manged my stress levels even after trying everything and as soon as stress got in control, it feels like GERD never existed.

Regarding food, don't stay hungry too much. Eat within 2 hours of waking up. Understand what food items cause acidity for you for example in my case - maize, chilli etc. Were the culprit. Keep a mixture of saunf, mishri, grind coconut with you all the time and take it after every meal works like a charm. Aloe Vera 2 spoons after waking up works wonders. Finally, eat only moong dal and roti for 3-4 months to let you body detoxy and then only return to normal food.
