Recovery money

If i didn't attained office for 3 months (WFH) and then started attending for 6 months and then resigned and serve notice period honestly. Will TCS take recovery money from me for that 3 months WFH in full and final settlement.

No, not a chance. Recovery money is mostly about damaging laptop, taking excess leaves, leaving early, etc. A snall part of it is linked to WFO index, variable pay. So nothing to worry about. Chillax and resign.

I'm planning to resign next month too
