Recovering pay reg

Hi ,

I am in stop pay for 3 months. And my salary will be deducted for upcoming 3 months . Currently I am in bench. Will they deduct the salary even when I joined to project ?

In pay slip they are showing arrears .

Can anyone pls clarify this?

Yes I have taken long leave . If I started project also will they recover the salary

If you took long leave and inform them and leaves get approved means they won't do like this. Have you informed them before going on long leave
