Hello I am a full stack developer and planning to switch to other company this year so need your recommendations for best source on LLD and System design to upskill myself and moreover most companies expects these two.

You are already at Oracle, so I need use your advice too! I recommend starting with Alex Xu's book in PDF format—it’s a fantastic resource, and he has a YouTube channel as well. Additionally, Gaurav Sen's YouTube channel is highly insightful.
Focus on the top 25–30 design patterns, and check out recent posts on LeetCode for related discussions. Don’t skip calculations and estimations—they’re crucial. This should cover the essentials!

I have just gone through the overview of the book and finds it interesting solving on some great and interesting use cases and definitely wanna read that.
Can you please suggest any course/tutorial you followed to understand the concepts in this system design since I am just a beginner i need to understand all different concepts of this system design.
Moreover i joined oracle lately and don’t know more about this stuff so couldn’t give any useful advices but would be happy if I could help in other things
