Guys i am planning for Kashmir trip this weekend, can anyone suggest me iterinary for 3 days and I've heard that normal sim cards won't work there..so what to do

Day 1: Srinagar - Dal Lake, Shikara ride, Mughal Gardens. Day 2: Gulmarg - Gondola ride, snow activities. Day 3: Pahalgam - Betaab Valley, Lidder River walk. Get a postpaid SIM or local SIM there.

Special mention that Gondola ride needs to be booked in advance several weeks ahead of the date.
