Recommendation for band/watch

I am looking to buy a band or smart watch for my wife

Primary metrics that it should track are below: -steps -sleep time with sleep stages data -Resting heart rate -heart rate variability

I am already using fitbit 4 for the last 2 years but have heard that it does not have a service center in india, so I'm not sure if i should again go for fitbit. Budget - preferably within 20k but can extend

Also, if anyone has used garmin vivosport 4 or 5, please share your experience.
