Look for something at Noida expressway near sec 143 or jewar airport.
Don't put more than 50% in real estate.
Market might be sluggish going forward so expect 2x to 3x return in next 5-10y.

Should we take home loan considering current market situation. Anyone can get laid off any time. We should make sure we have enough cash component to buy any flat without loan. Will not suggest to take home loan.
